Rules and Guidelines for Employee Purchases
One of the perks offered to Boisset Collection employees is the opportunity to order wines from our portfolio at greatly discounted rates. Please use these guidelines when ordering online or before contacting the Order Team or emailing employeeorders@boissetcollection.com.
General
- You must be an active employee to purchase wine.
- Employees must be 21 years or older to purchase wine.
- Employees may purchase wines for use by friends and family, but ABSOLUTELY NO RESELLING IS ALLOWED. Any reselling of Boisset products purchased with an employee discount may result in termination.
- Employees are responsible for all sales, excise, and CRV taxes.
- Orders of $2,500 or more must first be approved by the CEO.
- Employees are limited to one order each month.
Wines and Pricing
- On some occasions, we may need to move to a different vintage after your order due to inventory shortages.
- The Order Team will notify you of any unavailable stock as soon as possible after your order. You will have until the end of the next business day to contact the employeeorders@boissetcollection.com with a replacement, or we will proceed with your order as it stands.
- Please note that pricing is based on the cost of the wine and is subject to change due to customs and duty updates.
How to Purchase
- To place your employee purchase online, you must 1) have an online account, and 2) be logged in to your account and tagged as an employee.
- Visit https://employees.boissetcollection.com.
- Log in to your account using the email address you use for employment with Boisset Collection. On your first visit, you will need to create a password. Click the “Forgot Password” link at https://employees.boissetcollection.com/profile/forgot-password . Click the link sent to your email to create your password.
- If your email is not recognized, please contact Beth Proctor at 707.963.6901 or beth.proctor@boisset.com to ensure you are added to the system.
- Payments may be made by major credit card, GooglePay, ApplePay, or Boisset Bucks. Instead of our historical use of paper Boisset Bucks, we will now utilize gift cards to carry the bucks you earn. Please see below for purchasing with Boisset Bucks.
- To use your gift card (Boisset Bucks) to purchase wine, proceed to checkout, edit payment, and apply gift card. Though you cannot check your card balance while placing your order, you can check your balance at any other time by logging in to your Account. Under “Account Details,” click on “Gift Cards,” then “Register Gift Card.”

How to Pick Up Your Wines
- Unfortunately, we can no longer facilitate out-of-state shipping for our employees as the individual state shipping regulations have become too restrictive. Therefore, delivery of your order will only be made to our usual business locations listed below. Several local shipping companies can ship to you directly. To arrange for shipping, please contact us at employeeorders@boissetcollection.com.

- Raymond Vineyards Tasting Room
- Once you place your order, it will show as "Ready for Pickup" in your account. Allow up to 7 days for your order to reach your pickup location. Please wait until you receive an email that your wine is ready before picking up your order. Inventory normally reaches the pickup location by end-of-business day once the order is fulfilled.
- Employees must arrange to pick up their wine within three (3) days of notice of delivery. Our locations cannot accommodate storing wine for longer than that.
- Boisset Collection will not be held responsible for missing wine orders.
Using Boisset Bucks
- To use Boisset Bucks, you must turn in your paper bucks to Beth Proctor or Ashley Jacobo in the Accounting Department. They will load a gift card to your online employee account.
- You can check the balance of your card in the Account section of the employees.boissetcollection.com website.
- Use this gift card at check-out in place of a credit card.
- These cards are only valid for the online purchase of wine on the employee website. They will not work at Oakville Grocery or onsite at any tasting room. If you wish to use Bucks at these locations, please retain some of your paper Boisset Bucks.
